The Seventh Amendment
The Seventh Amendment, part of the 10-Amendment Bill of Rights, a pretty obscure amendment, has to do with whether or not civil suits are tried before a jury or a judge. If the value is over $20, the right to have a jury can’t be waived. Only good for Federal cases.
