One thing about being quarantined (I’m fine so far, but high risk, and I’m staying inside) is that it really messes with your sleep cycle. It’s surprising how much work (I’m retired) and just other routine stuff like going to the store helps tell the body it’s time to go to bed. Losing that means I am up at night, sleep fitfully during the day, and anxious the rest of the time. Needless to say, I’m looking for things that are non toxic to help. Even with a prescription, I have some issues. What I have found out so far is that CBD works pretty well-relaxing, and it also brings out my creative side as well. I found that out last year when I took it, and not only did it help with a minor anxiety as well, but while I was on it, I was finally able to finish installing my several blogs to make a site (at least a shell of one) Well, I ran out of my gummies for now, so I had to look for something else-and I found a sleep app that also helps me sleep, to the point where I get deep enough to have dreams again.
Enough about my struggles. What are you doing to sleep better and keep the days from blending into each other?
